As Obama shaved the other day, his daughter, Malia danced into the President’s
bathroom singing, “Daddy plugged the hole. Daddy plugged the hole.” Then with a
concerned look on her face, she pleaded with her papa, “Daddy, now can you plug
the pie-hole of that mean Black Panther? He’s scaring me Daddy. He says he wants to
kill all my cracker friends and their baby brothers and sisters. When are you going to
do something about that?”
When indeed?
A moment of silence is more powerful than a thousand
utterances from a Teleprompter.
America has bought a pig-in-a poke. Many insisted they were electing a man who, as
a candidate, posed as a racial crossroad, not a barrier. But instead of staying above
the fray, President Obama has participated in raising racial cackles by what he’s
said--and what he hasn’t.
Obama vilified a white Cambridge policeman as “stupid” when he arrested his Hahvad
Professor bud, Dr. Louis Gates. Some might have interpreted that as racist in and of
itself.
Yet, when his Injustice Department, led by AG Eric Holder essentially dropped
charges on those Black Panthers who committed clear Voting Rights crime, we
haven’t heard a peep from the President about it. Does anyone doubt the President
was either complicit in that decision or has condoned it with his silence?
I mean here’s a guy who will give an hour long talk on passing cap and tax if an ant
farts in Australia !
Is conspiring to commit a hate crime an impeachable
offense?
As anyone with the awareness of a five-year-old knows (which leaves out most
Democratic Congressmen), the Black Panther Hate Crime Festival videos are all over
the Internet and has been reported almost exclusively by that underground news
network named after a crafty animal that’s oft hunted by British Noblemen.
There, in the midst of all races of a city spewed the venom of our Philly Black Panther
felon-wannabe, King Malik Samir Shabazz, demanding black men shun their white
whores and demanding black men kill white crackers and white babies.
What sweetheart! Don’t you just want to hug him? Apparently the DOJ does.
BTW, Hillary complained about the same voter intimidation during her primary run
against Obama.
J. Christian Adams, ex-DOJ top-ranked and top-paid lawyer, resigned over disgust of
the DOJ’s refusal to enforce Section 11 of the Voting Rights Law against King
Shabazz and his compatriot.
In an interview with Megyn Kelly, Bartle Bull, liberal Civil Rights lawyer, ex-campaign
manager of Bobby Kennedy’s and eye-witness at the Philly polling place on
November 4th, 2008, commented about the civil rights crimes. He said, “Mr. Adams
is trying to enforce the law. …for the first time in our lifetime, the power of the
Administration of the United States is working against the Voting Rights Act. They are
protecting the people who are abusing the law. I saw King Samir Shabazz say to a
man I was with, ‘Now you will see what it is to be ruled by the black man, cracker.’”
Mr. Bull went on to say, “Martin Luther King and Robert Kennedy didn’t die so we
could have uniformed thugs blocking the doors to polling places with weapons.”
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9sDoYYQdGOA
Mr. Bull speculates the reason we can expect more of the same in the 2010 election is
intimidation will be directed at poll watchers assigned to disqualify all those phony
ACORN recruited voters some speculate are in the millions.
Does that make it OK for the KKK?
Can you imagine the spectacle if the two voter intimidators were KKKers, uniformed
and armed? Could one imagine the coverage by the Washington Post and NYTimes?
Heck, Wapo covered the Macacah incident 96 times, yet hardly mentioned the Black
Panther racist explosion and voting crimes.
AG, Eric Holder was quoted as saying, ”…in things racial we have always been and I
believe continue to be a nation of cowards.”
Mr. Holder, I believe you are abetting race hate crimes by dropping charges against
the already convicted, clearly racist voter and poll watcher intimidating Black Panthers.
If your boss, President Obama knows or approved of you dropping said charges then
he is complicit.
My only question is, since you have forced DOJ staffers not to honor subpoenas
before the Civil Rights Commission, who can the American citizens get to assign a
special prosecutor?
By the way, I find it informative yet maddening that the Hate Crime Law was signed
into effect on October 28th 2009 by:
President Barack Hussein Obama.

BARACK
OBAMA: THE
PAYBACK
PRESIDENT

Michael Inman
If I see one of these bozo's at my voting place... They will be removed "feet first".
Cincy Jon
History of poll taxes, literacy tests, threats, and physical intimidation of African-
Americans at the polls,
you go Panthers!
(its all wrong)
Michael Inman
So it is OK for them to intimidate, because they at some time long ago were? OK
then I can come and intimidate you whiteman because We Sioux were almost
exterminated at one point. Great! Two wrongs do make a right! I will camp out on
your front door with my tomahawk and make you enter your home though the
"Servants" entry Or threaten to take your scalp!. Hows that! Make you feel nice and
secure? You sir are full of Sh*t.
Cincy Jon
Well, you missed one my points, but u got one "2 wrongs don't make a right". Good
for you.
Joan Flatt
Every ethnic group has their "issues". I think it is gross ignorance for the blacks to still
be demanding "reparations" after almost 200 years. My Irish were treated horribly
when they immigrated here, but they did it the LEGAL way. They had to be
NATURALIZED. My Cherokee were pushed from their homes in NC and followed the
"Trail of Tears" and ... See Moreit was called that for a reason!! We all have our
"issues" that we COULD use, but it didn't happen to our generation. And, it didn't
happen to the generation of these hoodlums who are stalking the polls either!!!
Joan Flatt
And, if I go far enough back, I connect to the Ashkenazi. Jon, this is part of the tribe
of Levi. Were Jews misused? I think so.
Cincy Jon
I'm a Levi. Maybe, that explains it.
Joan Flatt
Maybe so (*smile*)
Cincy Jon
If you think that I was applauding any criminal behavior, I wasn't. There are efforts to
bring back literacy tests, and there have been many allegations of intimidation of
African Americans, very recently. I would like to see everyone be equally outraged,
and not just when it effects them or some group, which they identify.
Walter Lowe, Savannah,ga.
Ask some of your liberal friends(if you have any,I do)if the have even
heard about the Black(Excuse me the NEW) Panther incident, and of course
they haven't.It's not in the NY Times is it?
They wouldn't be caught dead watching Fox.They're so open minded, that
they criticize it without seeing it.Yet they have the chutzpah to call
the conservatives close minded and ignorant.
And yes,Obama knows(and approves of)exactly what is going on,except
maybe the Gulf oil spill.
Have a good week........W.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Hypocrisy is everywhere Walter.
You have a good week also.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
" I'm a Levi."
I wear Wranglers, myself.

A moment of silence is more powerful than a thousand
utterances from a Teleprompter. (dave)
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT I SAID TO YOU LAST WEEK. REMEMBER MY
COMMENT ABOT SILENCE BEING AN ADVOCATE OF HATRED.
YOU DONT EVEN REALIZE IT, BUT YOUR ARTICLE CONDEMNS THE
ACTIONS OF AMERICA 100 TIMES MORE THAN OBAMA...
YOU HAVE TAKEN ONE INCIDENT AND BLOWN IT OUT OF THE WATER
THE PANTHER PROMISED TO NOT CARRY THE BILLY CLUB
AGAIN, IF WHITE SUPREMIST CAN SAY KILL ALL NIGGERS...WHAT THE
HELL CAN OBAMA DO TO A BLACK PANTHER...GET OVER IT, JESUS
BOTH PANTHERS AND WHITE SUPREMIST ARE WRONG..AND THE WAY THE
LAW IS TODAY...OBAMA CAN LEGALLY DO "NOTHING" ABOUT EITHER
GROUP! YOUR ARTICLE IS HOG WASH.
Dingani Beza
AGAIN....just a few months ago...my neighboring city signs orders to allow the KKK
to intimidate me and my family as we walk down the street...and use my tax dollars to
staff them with police.
my poiint is that Obama is no more obligated to throw a blank panther in jail than he is
a white supremist. if a white supremist can yell death to niggers...then a blank panther
must be given the same opportunity for hatred!
what dont u get? are you running out of material Dave?...
IF SO, WRITE ABOUT MARK WILLIAMS AND HIS LETTER OR SOMETHING
Dingani Beza
ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS..
"see white ppl, what if feels like to be harrassed by a hate group and NO ONE do
anything about it! (sarcasm ppl)
Now, with that being said...Everyone, white, black, yellow, etc, need to
come together and protest against all white supremist and blank panthers....
We will never get anywhere if we dont put white and black hate in the same sentence.
We cant have one group saying black panthers are bad, and another saying white
supremist are bad!
ALL OF US, WHO DESPISE HATE, NEED TO MENTION THE BLACK AND
WHITE SUPREMIST IN THE SAME BREATH SO THAT WE dONT CAUSE MORE
DIVISION...
(now, read all 3 of my comments Dave)
Dingani Beza
Does that make it OK for the KKK?
Can you imagine the spectacle if the two voter intimidators were KKKers, uniformed
and armed? Could one imagine the coverage by the Washington Post and NYTimes?
Heck, Wapo covered the Macacah incident 96 times, yet hardly mentioned the Black
Panther racist explosion and voting crimes. (Dave)...
KKK atrocities go fully uncovered every single day! its as American as apple pie.
But, i see the type of comparison you are attempting to make...and such a comparison
lends itself to a never ending argument..bc i could come back with something to go
against your claim...
Simply put..charges should be dropped against those two Panthers until all
racist bigots are prosecuted for the same type of actions...
Cincy Jon
D, someone needs to "refudiate" all racists. Please, someone ask me what the hell I'm
talking about.
Cincy Jon
ok, what are you talking about? thanks for asking:

Dingani Beza
Peaceful fb friends..please "refudiate" Dave W.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
You'll like next week even better D. Again, show me in the last 60 years where whites
have done what these two Black Panthers did and were let go by the governement. If
anyone should be screaming it should be you. Are you proud the very first black
president and his AG are ruling by race? Ya think it's his job to run the presidency by
revenge? Is he the "Payback President?"
Cincy Jon
Dave, how do you think Bush won Florida? you think it was merel the guy with
the big eye balls looking for hanging chads? (relax)
bottom line:"Again, show me in the last 60 years where whites have done what these
two Black Panthers did and were let go by the governement" is really a silly (to be
kind) comment.
I find those who want to bring back "literacy tests" to be just as offensive. Just
because someone may not wield a club, but a tie or bow tie, doesn't make one less
threatening.
"The old methods of US discrimination at the polls have been replaced by ''subtler and
more creative tactics," according to a report released yesterday."

I guess that there is a possibility that the AG dropped proceedings for valid
reasons but the stonewalling of any inquiries is totally inexcusable.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
'...that the AG dropped proceedings for valid reasons'
Not after you see the tape, Oscar. No way.
Morgan
How was the arrest of Dr. Louis Gates NOT stupid? If I was arrested for breaking
and entering while in my OWN HOUSE, I sure hope someone would call it stupid.
Also, your facts on the crazy black guy are a bit messed up: the DOJ did NOT drop
charges on any of those involved, only charges against the NBPP when they learned
those involved were not actually members. They actually succeeded is filing a civil
injunction against him and have been subpoenaing witnesses about the voter
intimidation case as recently as May. That's been reported by all news outlets BUT
Fox.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
http://www.telegraph.co.
uk/news/worldnews/northamerica/usa/barackobama/5902222/Cambridge-police-
demand-apology-from-Barack-Obama-over-stupid-comments.html
Seems the Hahvad Prof was called out by a neighbor breaking into his own house. All
he had to do was show an ID and it would have been over. Instead HE made it a racial
incident, when in fact the police were there to protect him and his property. When
Obama said he didn’t have the facts, his next words should have been, “I have no
comment.”
If you think the BP case is how election law should be enforced, you’ve just opened
the door to the KKK, Nazis, Skinheads, Muslims, or any kind of group that wants to
win by violence or intimidation at the polls. Did you take in the Bartle Bull interview.
Don’t listen to me if you like, but here’s a guy that’s seen it all, at least from the 60’s
on.
Mephisto
Only those uninformed and ignorant people who are also blind, deaf and dumb thought
"Dumbo" was post-racial.
Those of us with a brain, who know how to do research, realized what we were
getting was a racist marxist/communist bent on destroying America.
Elections have consequences and this is what happens when stupid people, who have
no vested interest in America succeeding, are allowed to vote.
MW
I've been active in the Rolla Tea Party since the movement thankfully got started, but
what honestly worries me is that we're spending all this time pointing fingers and
getting sucked into this he said/she said competition of a race argument that there have
been zero recent discussions of actual Tea Party Policies and what we can
do. History has shown, around the globe, that any political party that spends it's time
arguing issues of race will become spread so thin they will lose in a general election.
What if that's what we're letting this do to our Tea Party?
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Excellent point(s), MW. Their strategy was to make Tea Partiers defensive so they
wouldn’t talk about the loss of our liberties and the confiscation of our wealth.
Robert Berger
Hello Dave! I enjoy the humor on your website(sometimes)even though I'm not a
conservative.
In fact,I'm a liberal and proud of it.Not one of those stereotypical America -hating,
blame the US for all the world's ills,Marxist, communist,
Castro,Chavez,Mao,Stalin and Pol Pot-loving,mult-cultural and politically correct,
anti-christian types, but a liberal nonethless.
I voted for Obama, not because I "worship" him and consider him above reproach and
perfect,I certainly don't but because the republicans are infinitely worse.
In fact, the prospect of some one like Palin,Michelle Bachmann,
Jim De Mint or other right-wing imbeciles makes me mess my pants.
In fact,in the next elections,if it were a battle between a republican and a democratic
presidential team of Bo the dog and a banana,I would still vote democrat!
That's how awful the republicans are!
I'm sick and tired of the ridiculous demonix=zation of Obama.
I'm not saying he's perfect;he sure as heck isn't,but claims that "hates" America,is a
socilaist,Marxist and communist and intends to turn America into another communist
dictatorship like the former Soviet Union, China and Cuba are pure hokum.
And he's not a muslim.
Lies,lies and nothing but lies.
The REAL threat to freedom and prosperity in America comes not from the Obama
administration,Pelosi,Reid and Hillary, but from the right, allied with those wolves in
sheep's clothing,the religious right.
I'm not anti-christian,and certainly don't hate Christians(although I detest SOME of
them), but the religious right is a threat to America infinitely worse than Obama.
I don't want theocracy in America, but don't be deceived. That's just what they intend
to do.
There's no more threat or chance of communism coming being established in the USA
than Osama Bin Laden converting to Judaism and settling in Israel.
I'm no communist or Marxist. But right-wing tyranny is no better than tyranny of the
irght-wing kind.I'm opposed to both.
The tea partiers can protest all they want, but the fact remaisn that they support
politicians who would be infinitely worse than Obama, whatever his faults and failures
as a President.
Obama is no demon, ogre or monster, and has absolutely no evil intentions toward
America. He's a good,decent,honorable, level-headed,reasonable and fair-minded guy.
I believe in capitalism, but not the kind conservatives want in America. This kind of
total laissez-faire capitalism would be catastrophic for America, and right-wing
politicians,if they got power will be the real tyrants in America.Mark my words.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
That’s what’s great about America , Robert, the right of free speech no matter how
right or wrong one may be. Thanks for reading the site. Your comments are
duly noted if not agreed with. Specific argument would help.
Stacy Allen Cantu
First of all they should bring back literacy tests for all the idiots that voted for Obama.
LOL But seriously folks, African Americans do not have a monopoly on being the
victims of persecution. Native Americans,Women, Asian Americans, Irish, and Jewish
people, were all victims of persecution at one time in history. I think that most
Americans have evolved past the shackles of racism except for the Black Panthers and
Ding. Just kidding Ding.
Cincy Jon
Stacy, I agree. However, there are many White Ameicans who refuse to evolve, as
well. We need to speak out against those racists who have traded in their hoods for
suits and ties, and not just those may wear black berets or bow ties.
Cincy Jon
Here is a travesty of justice, btw, which u may agree:
"Shirley Sherrod -- an African American -- resigned this week under pressure after the
video clip first appeared on a conservative website and later on Fox News. In the
video, she seemed to say she withheld services from a white farmer. "
Stacy Allen Cantu
Jon, Did you watch Beck last night? LOL But I tend to disagree with Beck on this one.
Sherrod should have been made to step down even though it did happen 24 years ago.
When someone works for the government, they are endowed with the public
trust, and those who violate it must suffer the consequences. If someone commits
murder, we don't exonerate because it happened 24 years ago.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Shirley was fired by the WH. They actually ordered her to pull over and resign on the
spot as she was driving. The video was shown because the NAACP leveled charges of
racism against Tea Partiers WITH NO EVIDENCE.
The striking thing about Shirley's NAACP speech is all the people who APPLAUDED
her for her racist story. You're about to get an onslaught of NAACP hypocrisy
as more and more of these NAACP speechs are aired with people aplauding and
cheering racist statements.
Stacy Allen Cantu
Dave, I agree that the White House did throw Shirley under the bus, and
deservedly so, and it was probably damage control for the NAACP whose reputation
is steadily decending to the credibility of the KKK.
Cincy Jon
It is my understanding that if you view her speech in its entirety, and based on what
she said that the purpose of the speech was "to illustrate the importance of moving
beyond race", then asking her to step down was a travesty of justice. The wife of the
farmer also remarked on CNN , "Sherrod helped us save our farm by getting in there
and doing all she could do to help us." In fact, I believe they remained friends through
the years.
So, no, I don't watch Beck, but I do know many rushed to judgment about her, to her
detriment, and to our's.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Beck DEFENDED her on this basis, even though few had watched her entire speech.
Think maybe this WH was looking for someone to throw under the bus after
overplaying the race card via their support of the New Black Panthers and their
position piece that was spoken by Jealous of the NAACP?
Stacy Allen Cantu
Jon, the fact that she admitted that she didn't do all she could because the man was
white, is self indictment of a racial injustice. I don't care if she had the endorsment of
Jesus himself, It was wrong and I would feel the same way if the tables were turned
and the victim was black. Racial evolution means no patronage and equal
accountability. If we have to violate moral codes "to illustrate the importance of
moving beyond race," then the loser is the poor slob that you must disenfranchise in
order to learn your lesson. The concept is retarted.
Cincy Jon
good for Beck, then--specially, since this was all started by some right -wing blog (or
whatever called) editing the tape.
Cincy Jon
"the fact that she admitted that she didn't do all she could because the man was white"
She got the job done, the farm was saved, and everyone is happy and friendly. I have
to be honest, if I were in her position, and some farmer was telling me how he hates
Jews (overtly anti-semitic), I'm not sure that farmer would still have his farm.
Stacy Allen Cantu
Dave, you are absolutely right! I'm still glad that she stepped down, because we don't
need those kind of people in our government. As a matter of fact, I hope we can clean
out the rest of the racism permeating our government in Nov.
Stacy Allen Cantu
Jon, Then I am glad that you don't work in our government, because even if a person
is an ass hole you are still obligated and duty bound to help that individual even if you
don't like what he is saying.
Cincy Jon
Stacy, I agree, and I'll keep out.
Stacy Allen Cantu
LOL....
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Jon, it was started by the NAACP'S unfounded charges of racism, probably on the
advice of the WH. They opened the door to their own activities and Breitbart has the
tapes of THEIR meetings.
BTW., got to spend an afternoon with Andrew. He's a tough guy from Hollywood,
who ain't taking shiite from anyone.
Stacy Allen Cantu
One last thing about Shirley, It makes me wonder how many people that she didn't
help, and I am happy that she learned her lesson, but how many did she not admit to
that may have been victims. We may never know....
Cincy Jon
"Jon, it was started by the NAACP'S unfounded charges of racism, probably on the
advice of the WH. "
That is one of the most absurd statements you have ever made. If the NAACP made
"unfounded" allegations, in your opinion, than deal with it in an appropriate and honest
way, NOT some bullshit edited clip from 20 years ago. Andrew may be tough, but his
credibilty just took a big dive.
Stacy Allen Cantu
The NAACP was playing dirty politics by making false accusations of racism against
the Tea Party, and Breitbart was making the point that racism is equally prolific
on both sides, and he was fighting dirty the same way that the NAACP was fighting.
Go Andrew!
Cincy Jon
"and he was fighting dirty"
agreed.
Stacy Allen Cantu
What is good for the goose, is good for the gander!
Dave Weinbaum replies:
http://www.breitbart.tv/breitbart-to-naacp-chief-go-to-hell/
Yes they were unfounded as in NO EVIDENCE, Mr. Attorney.
"...NOT some bullshit edited clip from 20 years ago"...
Then why did the WH demand her immediate resignation? Why didn't they stand by
Shirley?
Cincy Jon
'Then why did the WH demand her immediate resignation? Why didn't they stand by
Shirley?'
GOOD QUESTIONs, but you would have been against the WH whatever it did.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
"GOOD QUESTIONs, but you would have been against the WH whatever it did."
Point being that the president, who approved the firing, was convinced she was a
racist. Seemed it was enough evidence for him. You aren't infering he's incompetent
are you?
Once again, Jon, specualtion without basis in fact....
But you're missing the point. The NAACP speech calling the Tea Party racist was
slapping the race card in the face of the country who just witnessed in tape Black
Panthers comitting Voter's Right's violations on tape, who are also on tape spewing
hate crime language. Further, was the applause Shirley got when she said she didn't
help the poor white farmer as much as she could because of his race.
Cincy Jon
I am not inferring anything-- I AM stating I disagree with him on this one, but will be
happy to change my mind/opinion if convinced otherwise.
BTW, Cards are really starting to piss me off!
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Reds are hanging in though. Went to the game last night. They kicked some Philly ass!
Cincy Jon
The only team Phils can beat are the Reds! they beat us 4 in a row last week. I hope
Reds can sneak in as a wild card.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
The Cards were disintegrating before the break, losing back to back big leads against
Colorado. But the new guys have stepped up and the old guys are following. They
know how to win, over the long haul.
Gofast
I've got good news folks. The beginning of the end of this horrible administration goes
into full swing this November. Then approximately 730 days later we get to make him
a lame duck President!
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Go,
It ain't going to happen by itself. People have to work for their candidates and
show up at the polls.
Dave Whinebaum
Just black people are out to get me? That's optimistic. I thought everyone was out to
get me.
Ah Sherrod...
Her speech was about telling a room full of African-Americans to accept that poor
whites are in the same boat with them, and that we should all be together. After an
astounding intro about her father being lynched and her mother and siblings having a
burning cross put in their yard.
And Breitbart took ten seconds out of it to say that she denied white farmers any aid.
I don't know what to do with my rage anymore.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
I'm sorry, who fired her? The NAACP had the ENTIRE film. If Breitbart can snooker
the Obama Administration by trying to show the applause for Shirley when she was
talking about her racist act, then I pray for our country. The WH was more afraid of
Shirley being on the Glenn Beck show than the truth.
What was the hurry? Why was it necessary to pull her off the highway to fire Shirley?
Was no one interested in the REST OF THE STORY?
sissyann
Shirley was right about one thing, this all started when naacp declared the tea party
was racist. But really it first started when people woke up to what Obama was doing
and protested. The only way to try and dismiss those who object was to call anyone
who opposed Obama a racist.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Sissyann,
Calling conservatives racist was and is a plan by a group of media types who call
themselves the 'journo-list' Seems to have backfired. It was used primarily when Rev
Wright was caught spewing his anti-America, anti-white, anti-Semitic bile in Obama's
church.
Dave Whinebaum
Dave said:
'If Breitbart can snooker the Obama Administration by trying to show the applause for
Shirley when she was talking about her racist act, then I pray for our country.'
You immediately jump to criticism that the Admin cannot make a measured
response to this situation.
You excuse (ignore?) the character assassination (probably because you participate in
it). How dumb can you be and still get a job as a reporter or an editor or have your
own blog or write editorials?
You admit the entire point of her speech was the opposite of what Breitbart claimed,
yet you don't condemn him for it. You claim to hate communism, yet you agree with
their tactics. What are we now, the Eastern Bloc with our weekly purges, witch hunts
and whispered smear campaigns?
Way to make Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack the entire Obama
administration! He's solely responsible for hiring and firing, as he should be in any but
a ludicrously micromanaged system.
You love knife-fighting, making Democrats squirm and squeal like the simpering, hand-
wringing, ineffectual intellectuals the Right accuses them of being. It's why I remain
independent. The Republicans are lying, crass, despicable, underhanded, illegal,
warmongering, and hypocritical. But the Democrats...well, they are just weaksauce.
I do not like that the Obama administration is making decisions based on lies. At least
when the Bush administration did it, it was their own lies.
Dave Whinebaum
'Calling conservatives racist'
http://freakoutnation.com/2010/07/18/the-tea-pary-signs-you-wont-see-on-tv/
Looks like more than just a couple 'fringe' protesters, eh?
The Tea People are a group of xenophobic, panic stricken white people that want their
country back. They want to pay fewer taxes, even though they are paying fewer taxes
now.
Gofast
Dave,
You're kind of right about work needing to be done to accomplish the mission.
However, Obama & Co. are doing a lot of work for us. Obamacare,
extended (wasted) jobless bene's, calling a Police Officer 'stupid', all help the Right's
cause.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Just sayin' Gofast. We can't take anything, any election for granted. The Dems sill be
running as far away from Obama as they think they can get away with.
Dave Weinbaum
Dave said:
'If Breitbart can snooker the Obama Administration by trying to show the applause for
Shirley when she was talking about her racist act, then I pray for our country.'
The NAACP/WH HAD the complete film but were in such a hurry to fire Shirley they
didn't take the time to LOOK at it. Are these the type of people we can trust to be
smart enough to protect our country?
' How dumb can you be and still get a job as a reporter or an editor or have your own
blog or write editorials?'
About as dumb and cowardly to bastardize someones name on a blog
'You claim to hate communism, yet you agree with their tactics. What are we
now, the Eastern Bloc with our weekly purges, witch hunts and whispered smear
campaigns?'
I'm sorry. I forget. WHOSE IN POWER NOW? Did you hear the smear of Ben
Jealous against Tea Partiers w/o one smithereen of evidence? Breitbart said he wasn't
trying to nail Shirley. I don't know whether I believe him or not. He calimed he was
trying to show the NAACP MEMBER AUDIENCE as racist because they applauded
and laughed in approval WHEN SHIRLEY SAID SHE DIDN'T HELP THE WHITE
FARMER AS MUCH AS SHE COULD OF BECAUSE HE WAS WHITE. This woman
can sue and she probably will. Let's see what thecourts say. Of course the suit could
be against the AG dept or the executive branch if that's legal.
'Way to make Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack the entire Obama
administration! He's solely responsible for hiring and firing, as he should be in any but
a ludicrously micromanaged system.'
Shirley disagrees with this. She said she was called by a woman named Cook from the
WH. She was clear that the WH wanted her resignation IMMEDIATELY. You aren't
calling Shirley a liar are you?
'I do not like that the Obama administration is making decisions based on lies. At least
when the Bush administration did it, it was their own lies.'
Bush made wrong choices at times, but he didn't lie.

Breitbarts offer to give $100,000 to the UNCF if someone could prove the allegations
of several black Congressmen that they were called the 'N' word 15 times on their
march through the Tea Party and one of them was spit on. Since breitbart made the
offer there have been no takers and accusers like Congressman John Lewis refuse to
answer questions about it or be interviewed. Those men were lying and they got
caught.
oscar
Whiner I would guess that you are one of the operatives that the DNC hired
to infiltrate the tea party functions. I wonder how many of them are the ones holding
the nasty signs. I would almost guess that proof of the name calling does exist but the
operatives would be identifiable so the tapes will remain hidden.
Dave Whinebaum
'I don't know whether I believe him (Breitbart) or not.'
Every time Breitbart puts out anything, the appropriate response should be 'Is this
another lie? We have to ask because the last thing you said was a lie, and what with
you being a known liar and all, we figured that we'd just ask you up front. Not that we
expect you to tell the truth, what with all the lies that come out of your mouth.'
Watch the video, Dave, before you drink the koolaid:
Contrary to Breitbart's claim, the audience does not applaud at ANY point during the
story about her interaction with the farmer.
'He calimed he was trying to show the NAACP MEMBER AUDIENCE as racist'
Actually, Breitbart claimed that the video is 'evidence of racism coming from a federal
appointee' and that Sherrod discriminated against a white farmer in her 'federal duties'
as the USDA Georgia Director of Rural Development.
http://biggovernment.com/abreitbart/2010/07/19/video-proof-the-naacp-awards-
racism2010/
Even if all the things Breitbart said about the video were true, it still wouldn't really
prove the underlying claim that she's a racist, or the administration seeks to
discriminate against whites, or anything other than one person maybe messed up once.
The only way you get to those conclusions is by wanting those conclusions to be
proven prior to seeing the evidence. The fact that none of the things they said
about the video were true just demonstrates how insanely weak the critique is.
Shirley Sherrod is just the latest in a long line of folks who got chopped down for
stating an obvious truth. A truth so obvious and so glaring and so blatant that there are
billion dollar businesses who do nothing but gild that turd day after day, year
after year, generation after generation.
It's gonna get worse, and get meaner, and get louder, because they know if they lose
poor white America they are GONE, washed away.
Paperpuncher
Whiner,
'The Tea People are a group of xenophobic, panic stricken white people'
Aha! Now we know why you constantly attack Dave,... you are most likely a black,
racist, naacp member troll, trying feebly to discredit what Dave says.
Crawl back under your rock, slime bag!

One on my email friends commented that it seemed to him that there was a
move afoot to payback white people for all the things that had been done to blacks in
the past. However, most of those wanting to do the payback now never were slaves
and many of them never knew "Jim Crow." It is understandable but not right. It is my
understanding the blacks om South Africa were treated rather badly in recent times by
the whites, but I understand that Nelson Mandela did not seek vengeance. In
Zimbabwe the blacks did and look what a mess that country is in. Perhaps not the
result of racism against whites. but it was a black regime that did it. It seems to me
that race problems would be better dealt with by the blacks trying to forgive the
wrongs done to their ancestors by some of the white ancestors. Not mine. Although I
grew up in Morristown, Tennessee, I don't recall any whites ever really being mean to
blacks. But perhaps I was blinded by not being black.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Good perspective. Thanks Doc.

This is not really relevant but it's a hot button with me. "How Bush won Florida". If
you look, a count of all ballots was taken and, as reported in the New York Times
(among others), it shows that Bush would have won if the recounts had been done.
The only way Gore would win would be by counting all the double-marked ballots, the
dimpled chads, the "mistaken" votes for another candidate as going to Gore.
Gore lost. New York Times. End of story.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
I clearly heard laughter and applause. I clearly heard Shirley admit she didn't help a
white man as much as she could because of her race and I clearly heard that even
though race still matters, it's more about helping poor people.
She's STILL clearly influenced by race and her NAACP audience LOVED it when she
didn't help the white farmer as much as she could have.

Dave I have heard that she was already fired when Fox ran their article. Matt Lauer,
among others, said so on one of his programs. If that is indeed a fact why is Fox
catching all the flak over this? Can you verify whatever the timeline was?
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Oscar, the answer is obvious. Anytime Libs can nail Fox they'll do it,
almost ALWAYS unjustified. Part of the WH fear, according to Shirley, was that they
were afraid she'd end up on Glenn Beck before she resigned.
Beck didn't cover it. She was long resigned when O'Reilly ran with the story @ 8 pm
Eastern.
Still waiting an apology from all the MSM that claimed demonstrators used the 'N'
word 15 times at black Congressmen during their walk across the Capitol.
Now THAT was despicable!

12/21 comments on the Dave Weinbaum article from someone named Dave
Weinbaum. Three Amens from Oscar. One attack from Paperpuncher on a critic of
Dave. That leaves five responses from outside the coven. Tch!

One question, one almost amen, one almost counter. Prof you are sinking to the level
of trolls and liars. There was a time when I felt you were honest in your beliefs.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
Prof,
It's called the Second Ammendment. Enjoy it while we still have it. If this
administration has its way it'll be shredded.

Such a true commentary Dave. To most of us, race is a non-issue. The "race" issue is
being used to try and keep us disjointed. We will not be distracted!!! Keep the good
fight going to demand the government to cease and desist from ruining our country!!!!
Kelli Kekich Renken
I was reading some of the comments on your website. I wish we could have
an honest discussion about race in this country. I was actually, and apparently naively,
hoping we could do that with Obama as president. One of your readers talked... about
whites not understanding what it is like to be intimidated. I often feel intimidated by
some black people. I am very intimidated by loud, violent, racist, misogynist
rap music. I am intimidated by angry stares. I am intimidated by kids who will cross
the street in front of me very slowly, in a deliberate attempt to have control over me. I
am intimidated by the constant threat of my actions or words being taken as racist. Of
course it isn't just black people who intimidate others. Please don't read that into my
statement. As I write this from a western state, I am aware that in this part of the
country, black people have more reason to complain and to be afraid. But it
isn't helpful if the response is to turn around and be the intimidating person. Respect
has to be mutual.
Dave Weinbaum replies:
You can't get a good conversation going until there is a realization that racism goes
both ways. While blacks have had a terrible history here in slave days and beyond, the
last 60 years has seen the pendulum swing the other way. To some it will NEVER be
enough. But at some point we have to bury our losses and come to the table as equals.
